Cognitive Ability Games:
The initial level of IBM off-campus recruiting is the Cognitive Ability Assessment. Its purpose is to employ six games to evaluate a candidate's intellect level. IBM Recruitment Academic Eligibility Criteria
An applicant must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 65 percent in both 10th and 12th grades (or diploma).
An applicant must have a graduating grade point average of at least 65 percent.
A maximum of one year is allowed after HSC(12th), but not after SSC(10th), or between semesters of graduation.
At the time of the IBM selection process, a candidate should not have any outstanding backlogs.
