Cognitive Ability Games:

The initial level of IBM off-campus recruiting is the Cognitive Ability Assessment. Its purpose is to employ six games to evaluate a candidate's intellect level. These games are designed to evaluate a student's problem-solving abilities and aptitude for solving aptitude questions, as well as to help define his or her personality. click here to practice.


English Language Test:

This round consists of ten questions that you must complete in ten minutes. The questions are related to finding grammatical errors and sentence correction and vocabulary tests.


Learning Agility Test:

This is not a learning agility test, but rather a personality assessment. There will be certain questions that you will need to answer that you will be able to relate to better. Your personality will be assessed based on your responses. This round will take 30 minutes to complete and will consist of 50 questions.


Coding Test:

In this round, there will be two types of questions. You'll have 30 minutes to accomplish all of them. As a result, the round is split into two sections:

IBM Interview Process:

  • Technical Interview Round

IBM Recruitment Academic Eligibility Criteria

  • An applicant must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 65 percent in both 10th and 12th grades (or diploma).

  • An applicant must have a graduating grade point average of at least 65 percent.

  • A maximum of one year is allowed after HSC(12th), but not after SSC(10th), or between semesters of graduation.

  • At the time of the IBM selection process, a candidate should not have any outstanding backlogs.

  • Please note that IBM may have a minimum 70 percent requirement over the whole education, however, this selection criterion differs for each college.

IBM Recruitment Graduation Eligibility Criteria

  • Only full-time courses will be taken into consideration (no part-time or correspondence courses).

  • B.E/B.Tech in any subject (CSE/ECE/IT/EEE/TELECOM/EI) is required.

  • Candidates who graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering in the year are eligible to apply.

  • Graduates of the MCA program are also eligible to apply.

  • The graduation must be a full-time course recognized by the Indian government at the national or state level.
