BSNL Recruitment Process for Freshers 2022
The selection process for BSNL jobs is basically composed of three steps:
An Online Test, which will be held on 23rd August 2019 (Sunday). Candidates who pass this test will be eligible to join as freshers in 2022-2023 academic year.
Personal Interviews; The candidates who qualify both Online Test and Personal Interview are shortlisted based on their performance in each round of process before being selected by the company as finalists who will take part in physical test along with other shortlisted candidates thereon.
Physical Test; This includes Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT), Medical Fitness Examination (MEFEX), Physically Handicapped Test etc., which are required to complete your journey towards becoming an employee at BSNL company.
Company Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: The age limit for the BSNL recruitment is 18 years to 28 years.
Education Qualification: In order to apply for this BSNL Recruitment, you must have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognized Board/ University. Candidates who have studied even after completing their graduation will not be eligible for this job opportunity.

Type of Test:
The recruitment test is divided into two parts, an objective type and a subjective type. The objective section consists of multiple choice questions and the subjective section involves an interview followed by personality testing. Each section has a weightage of 100 marks out of which only 40 marks are allowed for appearing in each test. You need to score minimum 50% marks in each section to qualify for selection process.
How to Prepare:
To prepare for the written examination you should have knowledge about all the topics related to it because there will be some questions from each topic so that you can clear those easily without any difficulty at all (if possible). For example: if there is an option regarding ‘Difference between Binary System and Octal System’ then it is necessary for candidates who wish to appear in Recruitment Test 2020 as well as 2022 edition need good knowledge about this topic because mostly this will be asked during written exam itself along with few other things like coder etc..
