BPCL Job is a government-owned oil and gas company based in India. It was founded in 1948, as Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). The company is headquartered in Mumbai and has over 90,000 employees. This industry is one of the largest employers in India and has been growing at an annual rate of 7–8% since 2005.

BPCL is a state-owned company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It was established in 1964 by the Government of India for the purpose of developing petrochemical industries in India. Today, BPCL has operations across India with its headquarters being at Mumbai.

BPCL’s business activities include exploration and production (E&P), refining and marketing petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel oil etc., transportation services including pipelines etc., logistics services such as handling cargo loading/unloading from ships/bunkers to trucks; maritime transport activities like chartering vessels for transporting goods etc.; warehousing facilities management for storing liquids imported from abroad into various parts of India through pipeline network; distribution network comprising service stations across various states within country as well as overseas locations through tankers or cargo ships connecting ports directly with customers located near these ports or along riversides where they are accessible by road vehicles only during certain periods due to maintenance works being carried out at those locations).


Company Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks in aggregate and 70% marks in each of the subjects (Minimum 50% securing CGPA-3.0 out of 4.00) as on 31st December, 2020. Company Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

  • You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam.

  • You must have minimum 60% aggregate marks in graduation.

  • Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the campus recruitment and personal interview.

The selection process for BPCL Recruitment is as follows:

  • Aptitude Test

The first two steps in the selection procedure are followed by technical interview, which will be conducted by an expert committee consisting of representatives from various departments such as HR, finance and marketing.
